Highlights: Yesterday, in a Ask Me Anything session on Reddit, Kevin Feige (Producer of Marvel series) revealed that How captain America lift Thor’s hammer in Avengers: End Game and why not in Avengers: Age Of Ultron?
Released just 21 days ago, Avengers: End Game demolished many old world records in the movie world, although this much-anticipated movie was already expected to make one of the world’s biggest movies and it becomes that. Avengers: End Game is the fourth and final part of the Avengers series, for which there was a lot of thrill in the audience. Avengers: End Game responded to many questions and mysteries related to the previous part of the Avengers, Avengers: Infinity War, while the Avengers: End Game itself has left a lot of questions in the mind of the audience, and the audience is very curious to know the answers.
And from all those unsolved questions arising after Avengers end game, there is one such question that tickling so badly in my mind and might have been minds of all people, and that is, “How did Captain America lift Thor’s Mjolnir in Avengers: End Game, while before In the Avengers: Age Of Ultron, he did not succeed in doing this?
Well, I do not want to give any type of spoiler, so if you have seen the Avengers: End Game, only then read it further. In the climax scene of the Avengers: End game where all the Avengers fighting with Thanos, Captain America calls for Mjolnir, and Mjolnir comes to him. In this scene, Captain America not only lift the Mjolnir but also use it against Thanos. In the entire cinema hall, the audience screamed, shouted most at this scene, and this scene had increased the maximum excitement. And when the film was over, then everyone had a question that how it happened? After all how Captain America lifted Thor’s Mjolnir? While he was not told worthy in the age of Ultron. Probably you all remember, In a scene of Age Of Ultron, Thor invites all the Avengers to come up and lift his hammer Mjolnir, but no one succeeded to lift it up even captain America failed to do that, then Thor says that all of you could not lift it because none of you is worthy. so what happened suddenly in this part that the captain became worthy to lift Mjolnir?
Although the people shared so many answers till now on this question, but no response was satisfactory, that is why this question was asked again yesterday, but this time, not to any fan or expert but directly to the producer of the Avengers series, Kevin Feige.
Marvel’s Head and producer of Avengers series, Kevin Feige, yesterday participated in a Ask Me Anything session on Reddit in which he answered all the questions of fans, and one of the fans asked this question that, how did Captain America lift Thor’s Mjolnir, in response to that Kevin said, “We think he was always worthy and was being polite in Age of Ultron.” Before this, Joe and Anthony Russo, who are directors of this movie, answered that question in a podcast(Happy Sad Confused), they revealed that “In our heads, he was able to wield it. He didn’t know that until that moment in Ultron when he tried to pick it up, but Cap’s sense of character and his sort of humility and sort of out of deference to Thor’s ego, Cap at that moment realizing he can move the hammer, decides not to”.
That meant Captain America was always capable enough to lift up the Mjolnir but he did not do it deliberately. Although these answers are a bit weird, but it seems right because when you see that scene of Age of Ultron Movie in the video above, you will find that While no other Avengers were able to get Thor’s hammer to move, while captain America moves it a little bit. Hopefully, you have found your answer that how Captain America lifted Thor’s hammer in the Avengers end game, but still, if you have any confusion regarding that question so you can ask us in the comments section.
